The object of Catholic Congress is to strive for the protection of the social, economic, communal, cultural and political interests of the Syro-Malabar Church and for the multidimensional progress of the community by joining in the evangelical mission of the Church in the spirit of the Second Vatican Council but not being a political party.

The mission of Catholic Congress is to get all faithful who attained 18 years of age enrolled as members of Catholic Congress – the official organisation for laity in the Australia Syro-malabar Church and to create a platform for bringing all members of the community spread over the world  under one umbrella in order to be introduced and be helpful to one another.

The goal of Catholic Congress is everyone should reach the glaring heights socially and economically and in financial security based on spirituality aiming betterment of the society.
